Reward & Wellbeing Assistant (Maputo)

Provide support to the assigned business unit in the coordination and execution of activities related to the implementation of Reward and Wellbeing processes and practices. Ensure that the required activities are executed timeously and in a customer centric manner to enable the business unit to execute on the Reward and Wellbeing initiatives and policies.
Gain a solid understanding of the Reward and Wellbeing policies and procedures as well as the key priorities in this area, to implement and execute on assigned accountabilities in a way that enables the accomplishment of the overall Reward and Wellbeing objectives.
Support the Reward Manager in the coordination of a number of activities, operational matters and engagements required to achieve the unit's goals.
